TERMS OF SERVICE FOR POW VISTA
By accessing or using Pow Vista, you agree to be bound by these terms of service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of the Terms, do not use Pow Vista.
Pow Vista is an online multiplayer game operated by ARAM AUDIO LLC. These Terms apply to all users of Pow Vista, including users who are also contributors of content, information, and other materials or services on the game.
Use of Pow Vista
You may use Pow Vista for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not use Pow Vista for any other purpose, or in any manner that is illegal, harmful, or inappropriate. You may not use Pow Vista in a way that disrupts the normal functioning of the game, or that interferes with the ability of other users to enjoy the game.
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all equipment and services needed to access and use Pow Vista, including a computer and an internet connection. You are also responsible for paying any fees or charges associated with these services.
Content and Conduct
You are solely responsible for the content that you create, upload, or transmit while using Pow Vista. You may not upload, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise discriminatory. You may not upload, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
You may not use Pow Vista to engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or inappropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, activities such as hacking, cheating, and spamming.

Termination
ARAM AUDIO LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to Pow Vista at any time, for any reason, and without notice.
Governing Law
These Terms and your use of Pow Vista are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
